We work directly as the ConstructionAgent for the owners to provide quality assurance and oversight for their construction project. This service may include full-time on-site personnel, periodic phase site visits, and/or consulting to help ensure the work is done in accordance with the construction documents, codes, and acceptable standards. As a liaison, we help manage project expectations and ensure the owner receives the best possible project within a reasonable timeframe.
